This notice describes the Freya SEO website and initial email enquiries. For privacy questions, email [email protected]. Any client project involving access to additional systems or personal information requires its own agreed arrangements.

Information you choose to send

The enquiry tool builds a draft in your own email application. It does not submit a form to our server or store its contents on this website. If you send the email, the details you include are used to respond to your enquiry, discuss a possible project and maintain the resulting correspondence. Please do not include passwords or sensitive records.

Website operation

Our hosting provider may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, requested pages and timestamps, to deliver and secure the site. The site does not include advertising pixels, third-party analytics or embedded social feeds. Fonts and images are served from our own website.

Cookies

The website code does not set analytics, advertising or preference cookies. Opening an external website or your email service is subject to that provider's own privacy and cookie arrangements.

Enquiries and your choices

You can ask about correspondence you have sent, request a correction or ask for deletion where applicable. We do not use an initial enquiry as permission to add you to a marketing mailing list. Information needed for an agreed service or applicable record-keeping obligations may need to be retained.
